Refund policy

We hope you are in love with your order, but we understand things happen. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns but for a store credit only. 

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and un perfumed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags 
  • Any products marked ‘FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.
  • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • Handbags sold with a dust bag or other packaging must be returned with the original dust bag and packaging.
  • Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned: jewelry, intimates, stockings, socks, slippers, hair accessories, hats, earrings, and swimPlease note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.
  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on gift cards

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
